MANZANILLA ISRAEL


This cultivar belongs to a group of “manzanillas”, little apples, which share similar characteristics and is considered to be the world´s most popular table olives. The tree is of medium vigor, and boasts a wide crown. It has a rounded fruit, the pit is small, which facilitates its pitting. It is resistant to cold weather and is also a prolific bearer, grown widely around the producing regions of Argentina. It grows rapidly and towards its third year, large quantities are cropped.

BARNEA


It has an Israeli origin. The tree is characterized by being vigorous with thin fruiting branches which grow erect. It has a medium-sized, elongated, fruit, with wide base and narrow apex. Under proper irrigation, the oil content can reach a significant yield of 20 to 22%. Its oil is fruity with good stability. This cultivar is suitable for oil extraction and preserves.

CORATINA


This cultivar has its origin in Puglia. This variety is medium sized with long and flexible branches. It crops large fruits (5-6 grams) which are elongated with asymmetrical shape. It is easily adaptable to drought, cold weather as well as to different types of soil. Its oil, when freshly extracted, is fruity and pungent.

ARBEQUINA


This cultivar is rooted in Spain, Argentina and Chile, the tree is of medium vigor with a crown of average size, its fruits are small (1.75 – 2.0 grams), symmetrical and have a rounded top. This cultivar yields oil of exceptional quality with good organoleptic characteristics.
